How do I add an appointment?

  1. Tap + on the home screen
  2. Select a date and time in the calendar
  3. From the customer record

Delete an appointment?

 Yes, if a customer cancels or you just need to delete an appointment for any reason. This permanently deletes the appointment so you will not be able to refer back to it.

How do I find out when I last visited a customer?

Use the search facility, searching either by horse or by customer.

When are emails sent to a customer?

They get a welcome when you enter them in the system. An email is sent confirming an appointment and then a reminder just before your visit. You can turn these off for individual customers and adjust when it sends reminders (72,48 or 24 hours before) in your business settings. All email content is editable by you. You can even add your T&C’s to the bottom of emails.

Do customers get any SMS's (text messages)?

Yes a 24 hour appointment reminder, you can turn these off for specific customers. This is why it is important the enter your customers mobile numbers.

Can I make a personal appointment? i.e. getting the van serviced?

Yes and you can add a note so you know what the appointment is for. The appointment will be coloured purple for easy identification. It can be for more than one day.

Can I create a tentative appointment?

Yes, the customer will not be notified of this appointment until you change to a ‘customer appointment’. You can reschedule this as many times as you like without your customer knowing. Tentative appointments are coloured amber.
