Different user types
Primary user - this will be the person who set up the account. Has full access.
Field user - Chargeable - Will have their own calendar only be able to make their own appointments. Will be able to see theirs and other users appointments if selected. Great if you have 2 trucks.
Office - Free - Has the same access as a primary user. Can make appointments and invoice for any user which will then sync with all devices.
Bookkeeper - Free - Only has access to Sales and Purchase reports.
Add an new user
Press the + and enter as much detail as possible. New user will get an email asking for them to set up a password.
