How to run your reports

Run your reports from any device

Goto the 3 lines top right select Your Reports then select a report and the date range. The report will be mailed to your Email address.

Report types

Sales - A CSV of all of your sales ready for your bookkeeper or for importing into Quick Books or Xero depending up what you have specified in your settings.
Services needed - A list of all of the services you have sold over a period. Good for stock keeping if you have your services set up correctly.
Customers - A CSV list of all of your customers. Useful if you want to send them all an email.
Customers needing appointment - This is a list of all horses that need an appointment. The criteria are the system looks back at the last invoiced appointment for a horse, checks the shoeing frequency if entered and looks to see if an appointment has been made. If not it will appear on this list.
Your services - A list of all of the things you charge for.
Purchases - A CSV of all of the expenses you have entered in the app.
